If you have ever wanted to get deep into the cut-throat world of crab vs. crab, then the aptly named Crab Raid Tactics is going to give you the taste of crustacean violence that you crave. As the name suggests, this is a strategy game, a real-time one that sees you commanding crabs of various sizes and ferocity against waves of enemies that grow increasingly intense.

While the gameplay is strategic, the game loop is very much a rogue-like, with your crabs picking up abilities, such as their active attacks and skills, as well as trinkets that provide passive buffs. Combined with this, there is an elemental progression that adds a further layer of depth, unlocked one by one through the game. This offers a decent layer of customization and encourages you to explore your options and to organically find the roles that your crabs fit, be they the big, tanky variety, the quick DPS providers, healers, or otherwise. Overall, Crab Raid Tactics is an excellent rogue-like tactical game with plenty of pinching promise.
